Nebilet Plus 5/12.5mg tabs

Nebilet Plus 5/12.5 is a fixed-dose combination medication containing nebivolol (5 mg) and hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg), used to treat essential hypertension. It works by lowering blood pressure through vasodilation (nebivolol) and increased fluid excretion (hydrochlorothiazide). Approved for patients whose blood pressure is adequately controlled on separate components, it offers convenience and improved adherence. Available by prescription only, it is manufactured by A. Menarini Pharmaceuticals Ireland Ltd. Monitor for side effects like dizziness, hypotension, or electrolyte imbalances. Not suitable for patients with severe kidney impairment or known allergies to either component.
