Antinal nifuroxazide syrup
Indications: Acute diarrhea (infectious and non-infectious), infectious diarrhea, and gastroenteritis.
Active Ingredient: Nifuroxazide (usually 220 mg/5 ml or 200 mg/5 ml depending on local formulation).
Dosage Guidelines (Shake well before use):
Children under 2 months: Often 1 teaspoonful twice daily (under medical supervision).
2 months to 1 year: 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily.
Over 1 year to 2 years: 1 teaspoonful 3-4 times daily.
Children over 2 years & Adults: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) 4 times daily.
