Intestinal Parasitic Infections: Effective against Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworm), Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm/threadworm), Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus (hookworms), and Trichuris trichiura (whipworm).
Other Parasitic Infections: Used to treat strongyloidiasis (threadworm), Hymenolepis nana (tapeworm), and cutaneous larva migrans.
Tissue Parasites: Used for neurocysticercosis (brain cysts) and hydatid disease (liver/lung cysts).
Dosage: Generally, 400mg (10ml of the 200mg/5ml strength) is taken as a single dose for many common intestinal worms, but it should be taken as prescribed.
Administration: It is recommended to take Alben Suspension with meals, particularly fat-containing food, to enhance absorption.
