Co-trimoxazole tablets
Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Treats chronic and acute UTIs.
Respiratory Infections: Treats bronchitis and ear infections (otitis media).
Other Bacterial Infections: Effective for nocardiosis, traveler’s diarrhea, and toxoplasmosis.
Available in 400 mg sulfamethoxazole/80 mg trimethoprim (480mg) or 800 mg/160 mg (960mg).
Adults: Common dosage is 1–2 tablets (480mg) twice daily for severe infections, or a single 960mg tablet daily
